The Junior High Performance Squad is the transition group for Junior swimmers looking to compete at Senior State or National Level.

This is where the young swimmers learn to develop the training habits required to succeed as a competitive swimmer. Emphasis is primarily placed on stroke technique, while new training aims are introduced and previously learned skills are enhanced.

Swimmers in this group train between 4 to 6 sessions per week, including dry land training, all year round. Swimmers will have specific seasonal training plans based on their competitive goals and event specialities. Swimmers in this group are typically aged between 8-14 years old.
